Ice fruity desserts

Ingredients

½ cup Fresh or frozen berries (blueberries/
raspberries/ mixed berries)
1 cup Natural yoghurt (full fat)
1 Banana
2 tbsp Blueberries
½ cup Full cream milk

Tips

These dairy snacks are a useful substitute when weaning from breast or bottle feeds.
Add some yoghurt to the banana and blueberry shake whilst blending.
This is a refreshing desert to eat on a hot summer day.

Instructions

Frozen berry yoghurt
Mash or puree ¼ cup berries.
Mix puree with natural yoghurt and stir through rest of berries.
Spoon into 3 individual freezer containers, cover and freeze until firm (overnight).
Banana and blueberry frozen shake
Place chopped banana, blueberry and milk into blender and blend until smooth and thick.
Transfer into 4 individual freezer containers, cover and freeze until firm.
Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
